Symptoms
When the ship units for an order release that has already been planned for shipment are being changed, using an agent with the Agent Type ORDER RELEASE, Event: Order - Modified, with Action ORDER RELEASE - MOD - PROPAGATE CHANGES, the order movements are not properly updated.
