On : 12.1.3 version, Accounting related
When attempting to Approve an Autocreated Purchase Order
the following error occurs.
ERROR

For Enterprise Asset Management work order released Requisitions.
Budget account not default from wip accounting class associated with the eam work order.
It same to charge account.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Enterprise Asset Management and released job
2. Requisition import concurrent triggered and requisition created
3. Check distribution found Budget account not default from wip accounting class
