OUTXMLProfile is not Generating Notification XML When Contact is Updated

Symptoms
When attempting to execute an Agent that uses a OUTXMLProfile, the notification is not generated and the following Exception can be seen in the log
ERROR

Exception java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: glog.integration.schema.generate.GLogXMLElement.setGtmContact(glog.integration.schema.generate.gtm.GtmContact)
STEPS
-----------------------
Create an Agent With Event: Contact Modified.
The Action is: Sent an e-mail using a Stylesheet Profile.
The Stylesheet Profile has an Out XMl Profile
When a contact is modified, there is not e-mail and there is the Exception in the log.
