Location Contact not seen in Involved Party Contact list of Shipment (Doc ID 1931564.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to do a search on the Involved Party Contact in the Shipment Involved Party tab, it does not show all the associated conacts

A scenario is as explained below:


01. A location - TEST LOCATION is created. A New Contact (say  test contact) is also manually created and in that contact definition, the location TEST LOCATION is assigned
02. A contact with location name (ie TEST LOCATION ) is also automatically created for the location created
03. When a search is performed in the Contact Finder with location as TEST LOCATION , 2 records are shown - 1. Contact by name TEST LOCATION and also 2. 
04. Navigating to Shipment - Involved Party tab and when a search is performed on Involved Party Contact - it shows only 1 record - test contact. Record for Contact TEST LOCATION is not shown
