Symptoms

In LCM Pre Receiving enabled organization

When reprocessing per <Note 605300.1> Stuck LCM Shipment number 298 for multiple purchase orders the following error occurs in Receiving Transaction Processor RVCTP:

The value specified 1 is invalid. (COLUMN=LINE_NUM)

Also the following error may occur

Warning: Shipment Num must have a unique value.298.1 already exists.
PO_PDOI_SHIPMENT_NUM_UNIQUE


Steps
1. Navigate to Enter Receipts form RCVRCERC org VMR
2. Select 'LCM' as source type
3. Enter Shipment Number 298
4. Tab from field, error FRM-40212: INVALID VALUE FOR FIELD SHIPMENT_NUM occurs
5. Records are stuck in rcv_transactions_interface table
