Symptoms

After applying any patch that delivers a version of ARXRWRCT.fmb that is lower than the following:

For R12.AR.B: 120.74.12010000.64
For R12.AR.C: 120.113.12020000.11

The following errors occur when generating forms ARXRWRCT.fmb and ARXRWMAI.fmb, if database is 11.2.0.4.0:
