Cannot Enable a Page Level Property in WMS Pick Load Page Setup Form (WMSUISTP) (Doc ID 1933158.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 03, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Warehouse Management - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Form: WMSUISTP.fmb - Pick Load Page Setup

Symptoms

In Pick Load Page Setup form (WMSUISTP) the following Page Level Property is set to No and it is disabled / greyed out, whereas Load and Drop button is set as Visible for this template in Buttons tabbed region of the same form:
Hide 'Load and Drop' Button until Last Task

When creating a new template, able to save it with the property set to No. But then when re-querying the template, the form updates it to Yes. (and makes it disabled)

Expectation
Expect setting "Hide 'Load and Drop' Button until Last Task" property to Yes.

Steps
The issue can be replicated per the following steps:
1. Create a new template
WMS: (N) Setup : Warehouse Configuration : Tasks : Pick Load Page Setup
2. Go to Buttons tab and check Visible for Load and Drop button
3. Go to Page Level tab
See Hide 'Load and Drop' Button until Last Task is editable and defaulted to No
4. Set it to Yes
5. Save
6. Close the form
7. Reopen the form and query the above template
8. Go to Page Level tab
9. See Hide 'Load and Drop' Button until Last Task is greyed out and it is set to No
10. Do not change anything and close the form
11. Getting a decision box with message "Do you want to save the changes you have made?"

Business impact
There is a business requirement to set this property to Yes so that pickers can know when each order's picking is fulfilled.

Changes

The problem may surface after patching. For instance the issue has been reported in release 12.1.3 after applying a Logistics (WMS) Rollup Patch.
