Symptoms

When attempting to create multiple rows of cost allocation, the following error occurs but it creates the first entry.

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-20001: HR_6645_ASS_COST_DUPL:
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_COST_ALLOCATION_API", line 721
ORA-06512: at line 30


ERROR_TEXT of HR_6645_ASS_COST_DUPL is "This operation will cause duplicate Costing Data to be Created."

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run the API(pay_cost_allocation_api.create_cost_allocation) to create multiple lines.
  2. Get the error HR_6645_ASS_COST_DUPL.
