Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Project Performance Reporting
PRC: Update Project Performance Data - end with following warning message :
"There is not any project to process for the specified parameters"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. created Parent Programme Project and linked a child project i.e. <project_1> to it
2. Submitted PRC: Process Structure Updates - completed normally
3. Submitted PRC: Update Project Performance Data
with parameters
Operating Unit (no selection made)
Project Type (no selection made)
Project Status (no selection made)
Project Organization (no selection made)
From Project : <project_1>
To Project : <project_1>
