When attempting to open the People Form in the IE Business Group, the following error occurs.

FRM-40735: HR_IE_EVENT trigger raised unhandled Exception ORA-06502

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility : IE HRMS Manager
2. Select : People > Enter & Maintain
3. Error is shown
