In Contact Center > Addresses tab:

1. How all the Addresses have got the timezone field Populated?
  Does that happen automatically once the Customer is loaded into the system ?

2. What is the process to assign the Time Zone to an Address (Other than manually assigning the Time Zone from Contact Center)?
