Problem

Find Sales Order issue transaction is stuck in Transaction Open Interface with error 'Negative Balance Not Allowed'.
The item quantity does not exist for the transaction, although the quantity has been reserved for this line.
(Reservation exist). Receiving the quantity using Miscellaneous receipt will solve the issue, however, why is the reserved quantity not available at the time?

This issue happens in OPM enabled organization but item may or may not have dual UOM.
