Symptoms
Getting: "Error 404--Not Found" "10.4.5 404 Not Found" when opening forms after applying the following patches in a 12.2 environment
The forms server starts without error:
Web Application Services forms_server1 admanagedsrvctl.sh Started
Web Application Services oafm_server1 admanagedsrvctl.sh Started
Web Application Services forms-c4ws_server1 admanagedsrvctl.sh Started
Web Application Services oaea_server1 admanagedsrvctl.sh Disabled
Batch Processing Services Enabled
