Symptoms

Failure of the Calculate Gains and Losses program (FARET) when run either standalone or within the Depreciation Request Set, errors with the following:

Error
-----------------------
ORA-0001:  unique constraint (FA.FA_BOOKS_U1) violated

Error:  function FA_GAINLOSS_UND_PKG.fagiat returned failure

Error:  function FA_GAINLOSS_UND_PKG.fagrin returned failure

FAGRIN:  Fail to reinstate asset #####

Asset ##### is a member of a Group Asset.

Since member reinstatement are not realized through Calculate Gains and Losses, but are realized as part of the transaction when they are input, this failure should not occur.
