Is There An API Available To Create Territory Combinations Into RA_TERRITORIES Table? (Doc ID 1936808.1)

Goal

Looking for an API to insert into RA_TERRITORIES tables.

From front-end the functionality is getting achieved from Order Management Super User -> Sales -> Territories.

The form opened via above navigation, 'RAXSUTER.fmb' seems to be a data-entry form, where the fields are mapped to the corresponding base table columns.
The values get populated into the base table directly after saving.

Please confirm whether there is any public or private API to achieve this.
