Unable To Export CSV Using Data Import/Export Utility in IE9

Symptoms
While using the Data Import/Export Utility under Business Process Automation, while using CSV Export we are getting the below error on IE 9.0 version
xcsv /apps/data/apSTMS/otmweb1/temp/upload/ null true QTMSNAM ACCESSORIAL_COST_UNIT_BREAK null null N null
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: (only having compatibility mode set to NO)
Business Process Automation--->Data Import/Export Utility--->CSV Utility -->Click on Run --->Select Table as Accessorial_Cost for example-->Click Run
