Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Supplier Admin Issues

When attempting to update bank account details in iSupplier Portal by external suppliers
the following error occurs.

ERROR

UNEXPECTED_OA_EXCEPTION: user name = XXXX@XXX.COM: responsibility name = iSupplier Portal Full Access root region = /oracle/apps/pos/sbd/webui/SuppNwActPG transaction id =XXX
 "oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: FND_GENERIC_MESSAGE. Tokens: MESSAGE = java.lang.NullPointerException; 
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(OAException.java:912)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iSupplier External user
2. Admin Tab
3. Banking Details
4. Update the account information and gets the error
