Reference to PTV Code Still Exists Although Not Supported

Symptoms
The PTV distance engine is no longer supported 6.3.3, but the code still has PTV library files, which can cause conflict with custom interfaces. The following places still contain references of PTV in OTM code:
1: In directory /glog/gc3webapp/WEB-INF/classes/com there is a directory called ptvag directory which refers to ptv class files
2: In directory /glog/gc3webapp/WEB-INF/classes/glog/business/rate/ratedistance/external/ there are two class files starting with PTVEngine
3: In glogservers.ear file inside directory /glog/gc3webapp/WEB-INF/lib there are references for com/ptvag and glog/business/rate/ratedistance/external/PTVEngine*
