Retropay Status Form: Approval Status is not Translated into Japanese in Downloaded Spreadsheet

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After downloading a spreadsheet from page "Retropay Status", the Approval Status is still "Awaiting Processing" and is not translated into Japanese. The Approval status should be translated to "Shorimati" (Japanese).
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Open a page "Retropay Status". (N) View > Retropay Status > Outstanding RetroPay Processing
- Select an employee and check the checkbox"Download To Spreadsheet".
- Click the button"Go".
