Performance issue occurs in any process that executes the Account Generator.

This problem can occur in Purchasing, iProcurement, Payables, Order Management, etc

The trace file may not show any slow performance.

The trace file will show a the Wait  "utl_file I/O"

Example:

Note there where 23,672 wait on utl_file I/O
