How to Rename an Action on a ScreenSet (Doc ID 1938908.1)

Goal

Can we rename an Existing entry on a ScreenSet's Action menu?

For example, a user wants to change the text of an Action on an existing ScreenSet. When the user edits the ScreenSet and goes to the Action tab, there is no ability to rename an existing Action.
