Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Absences OSP/OMP

When attempting to enroll one employees absence via Participation Process: Absence,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
pqp_absval_pkg.delete_absence_plan_details{40}: ORA-01403: no data found


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter Absence records
2. Enroll Absence
3. Error occurs
