After installing HRMS RUP7 WEBADI mail merge time format in letters has changed (Doc ID 1940041.1)

When creating Interview details for an Applicant, a user can specify the time of the interview.

This is recorded in the following format HH:MM.

When the letter is generated in RUP7, the time displayed is as follows: HH:MM:SS.

You cannot record the seconds but the value 00 is displayed on the letter.

This was not prevalent pre RUP7 and seems to have been added.
