Progressing Order Line Errors with: An Internal Error Occurred While Creating a Work Order For The Configuration Item (Doc ID 1940758.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Control

Order line will not progress from a "Supply Eligible" status, and when progressing the order, the following error is observed:


ERROR

initialize_assignment_set: Default assignment set is 1
initialize_assignment_set: Default assignment set name is MKS SOURCING RULE
query_sourcing_org: came into no data when finding source 10
check_cto_can_create_supply : success from query sourcing org
check_supply_type_wf: Routing Type is Discrete Job or No Routing. 2
check_supply_type_wf: Success in Check Supply Type
In WF save messages
ENTER Save_API_Messages
l_errmsg ORA-0000: normal, successful completion
EXIT Save_API_Messages
set_parameter_work_order_wf: Function Mode: RUN
set_parameter_work_order_wf: CTO Activity: Set Parameter Work Order
lock_line_id: committed program_id with -99
get_source_document_id: CTOUTILB: get_source_document_id: Fetching the source document type id
get_source_document_id: CTOUTILB: get_source_document_id: source document type id =
unlock_line_id: unlocked line_id 2820075

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Query and Open Sales Order in Order Organizer
3. Lines Tab > Navigate to problem line
4. Right-click: Progress Line
