Symptoms
When attempting to cost material transactions for Physical Inventory Adjustment transaction type the following error occurs.
ERROR

Error Code: CST_INVALID_CG
Error Explanation: The cost group is either null or does not have accounts defined in association with the organization.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create material transactions
2. Launch cost manager that spawns associated cost worker
3. View material transactions for errors
