Having Commitment allocation, when planing multiple orders, the following query is run multiple times, hence affecting performance:
Since the same identical query is run multiple times, returning the same result, it is expected the query to be executed only one time and the result cached in order to be used through the entire algorithm.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure Commitment allocation
2. Plan multiple orders
3. Go to Actions -> Operational Planning -> Create Buy Shipment -> Bulk Plan Buy
4. Review the logs for query:
SELECT DISTINCT capacity_commitment_alloc_gid, x_lane_gid, allocation_type
FROM capacity_commitment_alloc WHERE commitment_lane_object_type = 'SHIPMENT'
AND allocation_type in ('SHIPMENT', 'A', 'B')
