Symptoms
When attempting to copy a User that has FTI role, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configuration and Administration->User Management->User Manager->Business Intelligence Role
2. Find a user with Business Intelligence Role populated
3. Actions/ Copy User
4. Enter Name TEST_User / Password
5. Finish / Error appears
