Symptoms

Forms CSCCCCRC.fmx not compiled after huge patching.

 

The adadmin log file shows the following error :

 

ORA-01502: index 'AR.HZ_PARTIES_N16' or partition of such index is in unusable state
Record Group FIND_CUST_ADDR_CON_EMAIL_IN
Form: CSCCCCRC
FRM-30085: Unable to adjust form for output.
