Symptoms

When attempting to upload items in GBPA/BPA, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error: "The loader has encountered an unexpected Purchasing Document Open Interface error. Please run the concurrent program, "Purge Purchasing Open Interface Processed Data" to see the detailed errors.

After <patch 18724731>:R12.PO.B, the error changed to:

ERROR_MESSAGE ERROR_MESSAGE_NAME INTERFACE_LINE_ID TABLE_NAME COLUMN_NAME COLUMN_VALUE
Error: Column OVER_TOLERANCE_ERROR_FLAG (VALUE=WARNING) must be NULL. PO_PDOI_COLUMN_NULL 23,344,519 PO_LINES_INTERFACE OVER_TOLERANCE_ERROR_FLAG WARNING

1. Open GBPA
2. Upload the items
