Symptoms
On : 12.1.1 version, Oracle Applications Tax Module
Latin Tax Group Does Not Show All the Tax Codes in the List of Values (LOV).
You attempt to associate a Tax code to a Tax group and receive the following error:

FRM-41830: List Of Value Contains No Entries
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Latin Tax Engine Receivables
Navigation: Setup > Latin tax Engine > Tax Groups
Try to assign an existing tax code to one category
Due to this issue, users cannot create Tax Groups for Latin Tax Setup
