Site Attachment Page Exception No Entities Found EntityMaps Not Defined For Attachment Item (Doc ID 1943351.1)

Symptoms

While trying to add an attachment to a Site an exception page appears.
Site Management User > Site > Search a site > click update > attachments tab > add attachments > 'Exception' Appears

Exception Details.
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: No entities found, entityMaps not defined for attachment item (1). at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageErrorHandler.prepareException(OAPageErrorHandler.java:1247) at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageBean.preparePage(OAPageBean.java:2205) at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageBean.preparePage(OAPageBean.java:550)

 

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: No entities found, entityMaps not defined for attachment item (1). at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAAttachmentUtils.getEntityMappings(OAAttachmentUtils.java:188) at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAAttachmentImageHelper.setMetaDataProperties(OAAttachmentImageHelper.java:223) at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAAttachmentImageHelper.createWebBean(OAAttachmentImageHelper.java:152)
