Symptoms
When attempting to create an SIT record using API HR_SIT_API.create_sit, the following error occurs.
ERROR
ORA-20001: FLEX-VALUE DOES NOT EXIST: N, VALUE, 56699, N, SEGMENT, DEPENDENT1, N, VALUESET, XX_VALUE_SET
ORA-20001: FLEX-VALUE DOES NOT EXIST: N, VALUE, 56699, N, SEGMENT, DEPENDENT1, N, VALUESET, XX_VALUE_SET
Step to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Call the API as a back-end procedure to create a record.
Workaround:
The record can be created using Application.
