Symptoms

Intermittently, requests such as the "AutoReconciliation Execution Report" (CEXINERR) fails with the following error.

Routine FDPREP: Please register an Oracle Reports driver for printer noprint and print style LANDSCAPE
Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running Oracle*Report for your concurrent request 44645641.
Review your concurrent request log and/or report output file for more detailed information.
