How to Set WF_LOCAL_ROLES.NOTIFICATION_PREFERENCE to "QUERY" (Doc ID 1945342.1)

Goal

On Oracle Applications 12.1.3 environment, using the following sql to update FND_USER_PREFERENCES.PREFERENCE_VALUE to "QUERY"
and update WF_LOCAL_ROLES.NOTIFICATION_PREFERENCE to "QUERY":

Begin
 For Rec In (Select * From Fnd_User_Preferences t where t.preference_name='MAILTYPE') Loop
  Fnd_Preference.Put(rec.user_name, 'WF', 'MAILTYPE', 'QUERY');
 End Loop;
End;

Update Wf_Local_Roles t
  Set T.Notification_Preference = 'QUERY'
Where T.Notification_Preference In ('MAILTEXT', 'MAILHTML');

Then run the concurrent request "Synchronize WF LOCAL tables", some records (ORIG_SYSTEM and PARENT_ORIG_SYSTEM:FND_USR)
in table Wf_Local_Roles become set to "MAILHTML".
