Symptoms

You are attempting to update a company name and receive the following error:

HZ_Parties cannot be locked as it has been updated by another user

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Customers > Customers
The account description has been changed
Attempt to change and save the Organization name, this error appears
