Customer Name Attribute Can Not Be Searched By Customer Number Or A Combination Of Name%+Cust Number

On 12.2.3 : Territory Management.

After Upgrading from 12.0.4 to 12.2.3 version,  when updating the matching attribute Customer Name it is not possible to search using a combination of Name%+Cust Number.

The LOV for Customer Name can only be searched by name.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Territory Management
2. Territory Tab
3. When adding a new Customer name attribute value, during the territory definition page, can query only with the name, but not with the name+number.
