Issue with sql update of agent (Doc ID 1947169.1)

Symptoms



A GTM Transaction Header and Line is created. This triggers the Agent -A  and raises the custom Event - EXECUTE TL ITEM CLASSIFICATION. This triggers another Agent - B. This raises another custom event - EXECUTE TL INDICATOR UPDATE CHECK. This triggers another Agent - C . This agent has a direct SQL update which sets the Indicator value of the GTM transaction line to Green by updating the GTM_TRANSACTION_LINE table. This is not happening and the indicator does not get changed to Green
