SShipUnit Interface is Locking Up the Related Shipments and Order Movement

Symptoms
When using the SshipUnitInterface to update the received ShipUnit Tag and add reference numbers, and
transmission files where the sshipUnits are on the same Shipment/Order Movements. OTM locks the related Order Movement/Shipments while processing,
this slows down the system and the files are taking hours to process.
SShipUnit interface lock entire shipment structure that is not within an ActualShipment.
