Symptoms

Burden Cost Codes form (PAXCOICC) does not open.

From Projects responsibility, (N) Setup -> Costing -> Burden -> Cost Codes

Form never opens and eventually may produce a FRM-92100 error.

Unable to enter Burden Cost Codes.

Changes

 Upgraded from 12.2.2 to 12.2.4.
