Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module

You are attempting to go to the Details, in the Customer Accounts tab, and receive the following error:

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Customers > Customers
1. Query customer and click on go.
2. Click on the customer
3. In the Accounts tab, click on the Details
