The Customer Interaction History form is displaying the records, sorted ascending by dates.
Is it possible to change the default Sorting of the Dates?
> (R) Telesales agent
> Open eBusiness Center form
> Query an existing party
> Navigate to Overview Tab
> Press button: All Interactions
this will open the Customer Interaction History form
