Symptoms
When uploading additional Accessorial Charges using a Planned shipment XML, the upload works however when we try uploading it for shipments with MULTIPLE STOPS then it throws up an error message

"CAUGHT THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTION WHILE PROCESSING TRANSACTION: Error creating Stop Order Bundle for Shipment Stop DOMAIN.SHIMPENTID STOP_NUM.
Order movements that are picked up/delivered at this stop do not have overlap time windows."
