When attempting to do GTM Transaction Line Verify Classification results in the following error:

This prevents the Transaction Line classification from being verified.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate: Trade Compliance Management > Trade Transaction Management > Trade Transaction Line
2. Select GTM Transaction Line
3. Actions > Verify Classification
