Workflow Mailer Won't Start In Cloned Environment

The Workflow mailer service fails to start with the following error:

Unable to contact Applications TNS Listener for FNDSM_NODE1_S on $NODE.  The Listener may be down or the TNS address is not properly configured for this name. (NODE=NODE1)

The error message refers to NODE1 which is the name of the source system rather than NODE2 which is the name of the new cloned system.
