Symptoms

The Project organization was assigned to a Legal Entity (LE) and then the association was end-dated.

Now, when you try to assign the project to another LE, it is not getting selected.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: General Ledger
Navigation:  Setup > Financial > Accounting Setup Manager -Accounting Setup
Select Legal Entity Tab > select the Legal Entity
Click on 'update' establishment->Tab 'Associated Business Entities'
Under 'Project and Expenditure Organization' Expenditure Organizations are not available in the LOV for assigning.

Navigation: Legal Entities tab > Query the Legal Entity Name

Select the Specific Legal Type Establishment at issue - View Details

Select tab Associated Business Entities - Update

Scroll down to Project and Expenditure Organizations.
