Driver Assignment Incorrectly Happens Even Beyond Work Time (Doc ID 1955202.1)

Goal

Calendar assigned to the driver under workprofile has the "Perform Driver Work" Activity starting from 01:00 AM to 04:30 PM. The Shipment has the start time of 16:45 (ie 04:45 PM).

When assign driver is performed, the driver gets successfully assigned to Shipment. Since the Driver Work activity (as per associated calendar ) is ending at 04:30 pm and shipment start time is 16:45 (ie 04:45 PM) , this driver should not have get assigned to this shipment.
