Unable to Remove the Work Item for the Strategy Which is Inactive or Newly Created (Doc ID 1955368.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to remove work item from a Strategy the following error is displayed:


ERROR

You cannot delete the work item template from this strategy template because active work item exists with this strategy template.


NOTE:   In some cases, you may also receive this error when attempting to remove a Work Item from a newly created, not enabled, unassigned Strategy Template
