Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Line status changes to cancelled when updating ordered quantity to 0 using the Process Order API. However the line workflow does not close and remains open.
When order is booked for the other lines on the order, workflow is picking up the workflow of the cancelled line and progressing it which causes it to become stuck.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that line workflow will close when order line is cancelled.


STEPS
-----------------------
Issue cannot be reproduced at will.
