Information Only Exceptions Are Preventing Orders From Being Ship Confirmed (Doc ID 1955909.1)

During the ship confirm process, it is noticed that one of the deliveries did not get ship confirmed successfully due to the following seeded exception:

WSH_BATCH_MESSAGE:
"The initial pick-up date of XX-NOV-XXXX for delivery XXXX does not match the shipping and/or carrier calendar, The nearest valid date is XX-NOV-XXXX.''

It has been verified that the above exception is defined as ;Information Only' yet still the application did not allow ship confirm of the delivery.


1. Is this a standard process or the expectation for Information Only shipping exceptions, if raised, not allow ship confirm to complete?

2. Can the seeded exception "WSH_BATCH_MESSAGE" be disabled? If yes, will there be any impact on other transactions?
