Update Button on 'Online Booking/Tendering' Screen not Considering Timezone (Doc ID 1956201.1)

Symptoms

The update Button at the bottom of the On-line Booking/tendering screen gets Disabled 5 hours after the Pick-up time.
It should be disabled as soon as the Pick-up time has passed.

It looks like it compares the date from the DB (e.g. GMT) with the server time (e.g. Chicago time) resulting in the 5 hour offset.
